Hutan Lipur Kawang

Another weekend trip. This time we went down south to Kawang Papar to a place called Hutan Lipur Kawang which is not far from our home.

This is a wonderful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by trees / jungle.

Weekend trip to Kasih Sayang Health Resort

We went to the so called KSHR last weekend. It isn't far away from Menggatal town. At first, we thought the resort could not be reached by the Kokol/Poring-Poring road and that's why we went there via the Inanam-Kionsom road. We were scared like hell when my dad drove the car using the steep road. Furthermore, it was raining that day. Luckily our car, well I should say is not that bad at all and reached there safely. Well let's talk about the KSHR ... it's a medium size resort but I tell you the mist is so thick, I guess due to the weather (it was raining) when we were there and like we don't want to go home. I think it is an alternative place to visit if you don't want to go too far away like Kundasang. I can say Kasih Sayang Health Resort, Malaysia’s very own health center, is a great getaway for city dwellers to immerse themselves in and be awed by God’s wonderful creation at its best and is the place where one can have a revitalizing time rejuvenating the body, mind and soul in the sanctuary of nature.

Even though we were there for only a few hours, we had a great time, taking photos, capturing the beautiful and magnificent view of God's creation. Being standing at highest place like that, you can imagine how far the eyes can see. Not only KK city or Sepangar, we can see the island as well. The sun beginning to set at the horizon, I tell you.... it was such a lovely scenery.... if only we stayed there a little bit longer, we'll capture lots of photo of the sunset...
